Prysm automatically syncs with Apple Health. Simply ensure your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone and grant Prysm permission to access Health data in Settings.
We track HRV, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), wrist temperature, sleep duration and quality, activity levels, steps, calories, and more through Apple Health.
Recovery scores range from 0-100. Scores above 67 indicate good recovery, 33-67 suggest moderate recovery, and below 33 means prioritize rest. Scores are personalized to your baseline.
Ensure Apple Health permissions are granted in Settings > Privacy > Health > Prysm. Check that your Apple Watch is connected and syncing with your iPhone.
Prysm requires iOS 16 or later. For optimal biometric tracking, we recommend Apple Watch Series 4 or newer.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Prysm to view or cancel.
